OUR STAFF

Our staff are chosen for their expertise, enthusiasm and ability to work with children.

The group leaders play an important part in ensuring your child has a great holiday.

In the senior programme each group leader takes charge of approximately 10 - 12 children and in
the junior programme the staff to child ratio is at least 1:8 (1:6 in Swimming).

In addition to this fully qualified instructors during main activity sessions provide the levels of expertise needed to ensure every child gets the most out of each activity and the highest safety standards are maintained.

SAFETY

Safety is our first concern at all times. Our staff exercise a watchful supervision between activities as well as during them.

 

All children are made aware of fire safety procedures and there are fire drills each week.

An excellent safety record has been established over the last fifteen years of operation, but this does not mean we are complacent.
