enclosing a deposit of £50 per child per week.
BY TELEPHONE
A provisional booking may be made by calling (01522) 731 737.
Your booking will be held for 7 days during which time you should send the
deposit and booking form as above.
You will receive confirmation of your booking and an invoice.
The payment can be completed by a single payment or by instalments.
Completion of payment on all holidays is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the
holiday.
You will be required to fill in an additional record form.
This must be completed in full and returned to us before we take responsibility
for your child.
MEDICAL MATTERS
All information given will be treated in strict confidence. Any medicines must
be
clearly labelled and handed in to reception on arrival.
PERSONAL
INSURANCE
Should you wish to take out insurance the cost is £16 per child. This covers you
for personal accident, cancellation of holiday, medical expenses and personal
property.
